Agree with JID, it appears hard to post an alternative opinion here. But I will dare too. The best summary of the lion gold litigation is actually in the BSM Qtly for Sept 2013 and the notice of meeting for the EGM which spilled the board.
Read these and you may see why in my earlier post I stress the location of Consolidate Minerals, pointing out that it is not the major company, formerly Consmins. But nobody wants to believe that.
So put it together gentlemen.
