If the news was good the SP would be one cent. That is why it is where it is. Companies like this don`t stay at this price if the news is good. There is no serious buying.

Don`t want to sound negative but hope is living in the world of denial. As some posters have said they have been trying for ages and nothing has changed. You how the market is these days so this is why I have this feeling.

I do believe we certainly have some very good leases and they are doing their best. The deals they recently did are very positive. With that in place you would think the SP would be much higher.

Just hope my sentiment is wrong.
