I think the big sellers at 0.004 are the underwriters of the SPP. They are offloading onto the market, and they benefit by keeping the underwriting fee.
If this is the case, it's probably not a concern - after all, the underwriters may be holding on to their original shares, and taking a quick profit on the placement.
The good news is that there seem to be a lot of shares changing hands at 0.004, so somebody is prepared to buy. The bad news is these same buyers seem to be immediately stacking the sell side at 0.005.
What I can't figure out is if this is really bad news or not? I can't help but think that the buyers must surely anticipate good news in the near future - otherwise, the formidable wall at 0.005 would discourage any buying at 0.004?
