Ok, but just to be clear...
I'm not saying that the sell stack necessarily represents a lot of people who want to sell - just that it always tells a story.
The story might be: we want to accumulate a lot of shares at 0.004, so we're going to bluff sellers into dropping their price by capping at 0.005.
However, in this case, I doubt it. I have watched the buy/sell side, and have seen sales go through at 0.004 and almost immediately reappear on the sell side at 0.005.
If the wall at 0.005 was just a cap, why bother to continue adding to it? After all, even 200mil for sale is pretty daunting.
Alternatively, if you knew that positive announcements were coming, which would attract a lot of short term interest but would eventually amount to very little long term value (ie, a pump and dump), you might be looking to grab a quick 25% profit and get out.
So what is the story that the wall at 0.005 is telling?
