If you go back to OPM's annual report there was mention of contracts by end of March and nothing has happend.
No listed company can make such promises unless they can deliver this is the reason why many investors have been mislead.
Another thing I am upset of is the fact that Peter Jermyn recieved at last placement 40million free shares. Why?
