Does LOM have a reputation for informing its holders that there will be a slip in scheduled *before* the schedule slips?

Alluvial License extension - 4 months late
Sale - 3 months late
Kimberley License extension - 10 weeks and rising
Aerial survey - 3 months late (more it could be argued)
Arrival of DMS - 4 months late
so take 'end of Sept' with a grain of salt, imo.
