DMR not commissioned, no information updates, shares price dismal. So nothing much has changed?

I'm not a glass half full type of person, but I am wondering if there's anything in the glass at all, is anyone there holding the glass, is someone pouring something into the glass, or is the glass just sitting there waiting for someone to start pouring? I think the latter may be true at this stage but I just hope the glass is not half empty.

Just tell us something, good or bad, we're all adults, only takes a short note every now and again to keep interest up and anxiety down.
