I understand exactly what your getting at.
You think they are up to a raising again hmmmm. Do you think they will announce a raising before or after the contracts.
If they are up to old tricks then they will announce soon of a placement. If that is the case then couldn't they be investigated by the ASX. Should they announce contracts first then announce the placement?
