It certainly appears that way. We might have to wait for the next announcement saying they have arranged for it to be mined and milled. Though I suspect we would see it break before the announcement actually came out as it's pretty impossible to keep these kinds of deals under wraps. FOr nw it might just continue bouncing along between 0.010 and 0.012. Very happy to be wrong though.
