Couldn't agree more Calvo. Two of the most beautiful words in the financial lexicon are "dividend growth". We bought Charter Hall (CHC) at the bottom of the GFC for around 16c which was 70c after consolidation. Sold some above $20 (to rebalance) but still getting a 50+% yield which proves you can definitely have your cake and eat it too with good shares.
