Next upside targets at 7317 - 7340. Markets need to see FED hold rates for run up into year end? Good and bad news starting to be positive for markets. Any easing of credit over this next 6 to 12 months should see markets supported for 2024. Just holding rates steady is supportive after 2 years of rises and 2 years of sideways markets.
