    personally, I don't think there would be a lot of people on the 'payback' hobby horse - and, I wouldn't think it worthwhile the breath discussing -because there is no argumemt that human worker replacement is coming -

    and, it would be futile to debate why -- what is far more important is to accept that it is coming -

    and, what the hell we can do about it - to adjust the entire economic system in response


    It is crystal clear that people require money to live - if we are to try and keep the system we have - but, twiddle a few knobs and levers


    not only do they need money - but, without money, there is no money for them to buy goods and services that the wealthy who own the companies provide -

    so, no money - no customers.


    No workers - means, no money from wages --- so, how do we get it to them?


    Or do we thow out the entire system and start again?????



    I don't know -- but, my bet is on the latter eventually.
