Hey Analyser, haven't run them yet. I'm just a bit of a hack so happier when more of an expert does the sums. If I trusted my sums I'd have been broke many years ago. :-)
The merged entity will be a bit of a different animal, but the STR board remains in place practically and the company doubles in size. With the STR board attitude of growth at all cost I'll be interested to see what the do with more weight behind them.
Time will tell. Merge complete by Dec if it all goes through smoothly.
