    "Australia's Northern Gas Pipeline linking the Northern Territory region with eastern Australia has started commercial operations, operator Jemena said in a statement Thursday."

    Which could mean it is still filing the pipe with commissioning gas. Might have to wait for IPL to announce Phosphate Hill receivals.
