Full year profit forecast to come in at 20 million,or so the market was expecting.
Of the 4.5 mil cut from this figure, 2 mil from unexpected cost increases at a number of projects . 1 mil from delays at Prominent Hill,and 1.5 mil from margin erosion at Boddington.
The rising cost of steel and other materials has obviously not been doing them any favours on some of thier fixed price contracts.
These figures and information were from Thursdays Fin review .
I have been following this stock for long time , but might wait until the full year results to come out before i considered any purchase.
