I'm extremely pleased that we didn't get shafted into a tax bill with no dosh.

It helps to have institutional shareholders no doubt.

Now I am next looking forward to the annual report. Keen to see property valuations hold up reasonably well, no significant degradationin NTA and gearing to remain at a reasonable level....considering that there are vagaries around what is reasonable.
