Not a great release today. Cost overuns on a two major projects
FY EBIT forecast $3.1-$3.3M vs $2.82 actual for 1st half...so second half EBIT is less than 500k
Based on forecast FY sales of $165M EBIT margin of a max of 2%. Not great relative to HST and NFK.
FY EPS forcast of 3.6-3.8c vs 5c and 6.5c in the past two years
I feel sorry for the two execs holding options with strikes of 20c/25c/30c/35c expiring 30/6/08...who have seen the shares fall from over 80c to 25c in the last year....but then I don't hold the stock!
