It is not as simple as pen -> paper -> signature.... There are so many variables (most of which 99% of us have no knowledge of) that effect deals being made.
PCL does not own 100% stakes in PEL37 or PEL87. There are many other joint venture partners so it's not as simple as what we say goes...
We are also not the only tenement in this basin... Majors are probably scrambling over the best deals they can get right now - they're the experts hence why no farm in deals have been made to surrounding tenements?
We know the oil reserves have been proven in very similar geophysical areas to ours... we have faith in our own tenements to have life changing oil reserves... why are people getting so impatient? Not to mention our board publicly stating they are talking to 4 majors right now.
