UBS is acting as a nominee in this case, not the actual shareholder. Often investors who don't want their names to show up on Top 10/20 shareholder lists go through nominees.

Also, "ceasing to be a substnatial" holder doesn't always mean that the shareholder has sold. It's quite possible that the shareholder shifted/distributed the shares to other nominee accounts. For example, Gunshow has repeatedly said one of his friends holds his shares under 2 accounts, one of which I believe is the Citi nomiee account. If he sold his shares placed with Citi (or moved them to another account), we would get a "ceasing to be substnatial shareholder" notice with Citi's name instead of UBS. That obviosuly won't mean that Citi was one that sold (or was the shareholder for that matter!)

In the end, all that really matters is what the drilling result will be!
