The way I see it.... must be remembered that company didn't imform shareholders of the full risk of court action arising....that would have given Oppie holders the option of selling....announcements previously showed only encouraging signs for NKP,s future then Bang...outa the blue. Some finacially sound top twenty Oppie holders would not be accepting of that situation I would think.
