Yes there is a risk but companies should be keeping holders imformed fully....if that was the case then oppie holders deserve what they get because they ignored the risks after being fully imformed....dont beleive that was the case here...First I heard of the court case dangers was on hot copper and after the suspension from what I can remember..... I think and hope the company realises that they could have better imformed Oppie holders and therefore may be considering to compensate that.... I hold Oppies and heads....good luck all.....
