Ex dividend at 1.26 should retrace back to 1.29 in the next days to touch its comparative 1.32 cd high. While their is no immediate news on the horizon it will be interesting to know when the Ethicon appeal will be considered or not by the HC. Once that is resolved perhaps a 4.9% investment in Slater and Gordon might put the base for a strategic investment if there is a turnover event as liquidity is also low.
