will it really make a lot of difference - I mean most of the time regulation just means its harder for more competition, and the experienced litigators will continue to do well!

I do note OBL have been weak though, and LIT in the U.K. had the stuffing knocked out of their price run up ( a little), coinciding with Janet Albrechtesen having a crow in the Australian about what the government might do- note that she has never said anything about reforming the courts and the terrible work ethic exhibited by some of their practices, which adds hugely to the cost of participants in the legal process!
