Everything you say is correct and more.
This merger has given PCL a critical mass.
When it's all settled down, and the share price exceeds 30 cents, PCL will have a market capital of $100m. This will place it in the top ten listed energy stocks in Australia and the institutions will start investing.
Not bad for a company which was $3m 12 months ago. Criticism of the directors is not appropriate.
And this is just the beginning.
