    I think the tax man might want his cut also.


    I did wonder if it meant that MM was confident there would be no CR looming requiring even more dosh. Money does seem to be arriving from OA and OB conversions as well,  and as 8H has pointed out many times here, this might preclude the need for any raisings short term.
