22.5 is close to Fib 0.618 retracement from 4 week High 44.5, which is the bottom accepted psychologically. That means this price is very attractive to buyers. The more the buyers, the higher the price is pushed up! So it cannot finish at that low! When price is higher and higher, seller side is thinner and it becomes Sellers market, so Closing price is the high end of the day range due to FOMO in the last hour!
