Sorry Michael, for my obscure choice of words.
My main point was that for six months the share price was not allowed to fall below 5 cents except for one week before each announcement.
I brought a few small packets at around 5.1 and 5.2, but each time I tried to get in at 5 cents it bounced like a rubber ball before I could get there.
If it were insider purchasers, ASX seems to allow a fairly long lead time between action and declaration, so I would not expect to see anything just yet.

Case in point, those 5 million, (I think), options haven't been cancelled yet despite the date for a commercial deal having passed.

Moving on to speculation:
The price has been allowed to drop to 4.9 for the first time, post announcement, (apart from the aforementioned week before each announcement), which makes me think on such things as, whether a NDA was signed last Friday.
There are a lot of interesting things seeming to line up when one does a little digging, but that's enough from me as it could be just a case of confirmation bias.
