I don't think they will change the branding, immediately atleast. Betr get PB tech and access to good developers. Betr's eyes have been bigger than their tech belly and with pointsbets tech and developers they will be able to get new ideas operational and into the market place quicker. They will get a much better platform and access to many more sports markets and deeper player props, and they can share information and talent across both brands and remove any duplication.
PB (au) did 57M ngr last Q didnt it? Seems like a quick payback and you don't have to buy the parts of the business that are failing? Where do I sign?
