I haven't seen too many companies move based on a feasibility or scoping study. Enough information is usually reported to the market by that stage such that the share price is already at fair value. Money is made in the lead up by those that can join the dots.
There are plenty of other scoping studies out thete to make reasonable assumptions from @Big Poppa Pump
