Hays---One of the reasons this project would start off cheaper is they are scraping alluvial ore right from the start---no over burdon and no drilling and blasting--both of which add to the costs---stage two involves drilling and blasting ,but by the time this is happening Fairstar should have a healthy bank balance--i hope this helps in your research.
