IMO, if it passes $1.10 without stalling (tomorrow), next resistance level is at somewhere around $1.40. $1.10 looks like a weak resistance - with the news that's been out on NEC it should sail through it OK - small sales volumes at this level.
$1.35 should be a safe bet, in line with a brokers projection issued somewhere in the past from memory.
