tfish for me it is breaking news and probably for many others as well. why? we were led to believe via rumours that the highest bid was 90c from the AFR...at least this is what their sources indicated.
WSJ who have claimed, for a while now, to have people familiar with centro, posted today that their sources indicate an average bid of 1 dollar...US dollar. This figure, let alone average bid, has not been mentioned anywhere else.
believe what you will but i'd love to know what the actual bids are.
we will see in due course who's right.
