Well, only if the transaction occurs. Buyers and sellers both sit in wait if they don't agree on the price.

But my point is that this transaction was a SELLER willing to sell for below market price.

When a seller wants to sell the price might fall.
When a buyer wants to buy the price might climb.

The fact is that the sale resulted in a drop in price, so it shows it was a seller prepared to get less than the then-market price, rather than a buyer prepared to pay a premium to get the shares they want.
