Buyer or seller - it does not matter. I am on holidays in Hawaii, and my Real Estate in Brisbane have just rung and told me there is considerable damage from all the weather over the last week.

Whether I want to Sell is not the issue, I have to sell some CTP to pay for the house. I believe that CTP is worth heaps more then 12 cents current value, but circumstances dictate selling at this stage.

So whether the 1 million were a sell or buy, what is important are the circumstances of the transaction, and nobody can answer that question. So let's sit back and wait for news.
