You could be right Changle , Ive wondered sometimes if the MST patents hold any value to the shareholders ? I dont know whether Harmony would own the IP if MST becomes insolvent ?
Anyhow some old info not really relevant .It was interesting what the Nortel patents where worth also mentions the Public works and Govt services Canada.

Nortel's Ottawa campus on Carling Avenue was purchased by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) in October 2010,
for a cash purchase price of CDN$208 million.[78] The last major asset of Nortel, approximately 6,000 patents and patent
applications encompassing technologies such as wireless, wireless 4G, data networking, optical, voice, Internet,
and semiconductors, was sold for $4.5 billion to a consortium including Apple, EMC, Ericsson, Microsoft,
Research In Motion, and Sony, pending American and Canadian court approval.
