Well, the remark about Robert Rivero was of course a bit of facetiousness not expected to be taken seriously.

The point I am making is that Rivero promised all sorts of things and we all know what didn't happen there. Is this one really going to come through?

It's now more than 2 weeks since the announcement. One would expect that if an agreement was made and announced the cash woud be forthcoming within a few days. How secure is this agreement? Perhaps another announcement with some sort of timeline might be reassuring.
