OBL do not have hundreds of kilometres between themselves and infrastructure like BRU and NSE have. The only reason they are discounted is due to their lack of ground. They even state in their latest presentation that their ground is the most prospective in the Canning (Everyone is stating that I suppose) so all of us can only go on what our companies are telling us.
