I agree with you on what you had stated in your post. However within the constraint on the need to deliver information in a timely manner, the RMS management for example can stage the final gathering and compilation of the information past the EOFY i.e. the information gathering phase can be extend to beyond EOFY. In that respect, RMS management can not be accused of withholding the completed market sensitive information from the public days before the actual date of release or holding information that can be leaked out days before the news is released. Hence it is a matter of planning rather than attempt to disregard the ASX requirement of timely release of market sensitive news. My suggestion only.
