You nailed it with Management Quality and EMG. I think the issue for poor capital allocations/debt decisions rests with EMG who appear to "influence" these decisions according to their needs versus best corporate practice.Even "blind Freddy" could be making money with these assets at current coal pricing.
I have been in CRN for 2/3 years , finally made money when I sold all my holdings at $2.30 . Back in now at lower price with smaller holding to take advantage of latest dividend and expected dividend to be announce for June Qtr.
