well, there is the falling $us, with a slowing economy, and int rates are not falling in the US as expected, and leverage is an amazing 75% = a lot of risk here, and rents will not rise for many years on their gov leases, and property generally has been on the nose recently, so there are no real pluses just at the moment.
but l guess that some are just getting out and there will be reversion to the mean in time.
its a good buy but not a real bargain, not something to trade but hold for a few years. should be stable though, not an excitement machine this one
