Exactly TJ, it's very easy to find someone's profile on LinkedIn through Google when you know their name/details already, which 1PG have with the Profile database.

The whole monetizing of this data came about because of 1PG's clients asking if they can source Passive candidates because that's where 70% of most sourced candidates are wanted through referral and invitation. The clients gave this feedback to 1PG because they were sick of only being able to target active candidates (those looking for jobs) through the likes of Seek and all other job boards.

The data aggregator allows 1PG to pull information off the likes of LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribble and the likes of Xing (like a LinkedIn for Europe), 1PG can get information to update Profiles from over 70 different data sources!!

It truly is in a unique position and the types of clients signing up from some of the biggest companies in the world should also tell a story to us all.
