I'm a little confused JSM,
How does a sale at 1.1c equate to the consolidation being done at 1.1c?
The quantity of shares being marketed as part of the capital raising cannot be purchased on market at 1.1c. To make that connection seems rather odd.
Try to buy the equivalent of $1m worth of stock and see what price you'll have to pay on market. You certainly wouldn't easily obtain those shares at 1.1c in today's terms I wouldn't imagine.
Can you clarify what you mean exactly?
Cheers,
