RSL has to have a min .20 share price when they relist right?
ok If you do your numbers you will work out RSL has used 1.2 as a base: 17 X 1.2 = 20.4
If by the time RSL delists to reconstruct the share price is below 1.2 they will have to change the consolidation ratio, I would doubt they would want this so would think it will be at 1.2 or above by that time.
On the other hand to let RSL since the news of consolidation fall from 1.7-1.8 to 1.1 is disgusting & is only making the theory of RRR wanting all the short fall of the placement stronger by the day.
