Bollocks - no need what so ever for any type of consolidation now or ever - we have plenty of shares out there and the chances of any more dilution (apart from bonus shares to directors/employees) are growing slimmer by the day....
It would be far more beneficial for the company to forgo divvys for a little while and buy back shares instead - these could then be used as incentives for employees, therefore negating any dilution...
Consolidations should be left to the realm of companies going nowhere fast, trying to shrink the register and then expand it once again with SPP's - OBJ is definitely not one of these companies any more...
