Doesn't look like the Board is too worry about the share price under attack or sustained undervaluation. (partly due to current negative sentiment of lithium sector and partly due to uncertainties of SDV development option or unable to get someone with deep pocket on board in short /median term).
Otherwise they would have announced the shares buy back to protect its SP.
A modest shares buy back will stop all these nonsense from manipulators.
Why no actions are taken to protect shareholders - inept ? very positive announcement is imminent ? Or waiting for Simon Hay to re set company strategy or announce positive news on SDV or others come July 1 ?
