IMO, the thing that attracted me to CAN is that they managed to get a bank loan of $50mill+. The bank did its DD and still lent them $50mill. What a vote of confidence this was.... and by a very conservative bank!
When construction starts the SP should really fire up, as it sees things progressing plus we should not underestimate the internatinal changes happening in this space due to a Biden presidency. A bit early to see how much affect this will have on the SP, but it's got to help.
