Can someone explain to me why when i buy shares at 30c it...

    Can someone explain to me why when i buy shares at 30c it automatically buys them at cxxt price of 29.75c? Im not complaining because its slightly cheaper but im noticing that all trades now are doing the same. Its like the system doesnt want to allow the SP to go to 30c.

    Does anyone have an explanation for this?
