    It appears to be deep accumulation or manipulation, whenever it hits this magical number of $1.10 or very close to it, it drops back slightly. If this number breaks then a breakout might occur. Traffic numbers should exceeds expectation since it’s still free, TCL will be keeping a very close eye on CEU, a takeover is justifiable considering the synergies TCL and CEU haves. Judging by the share price movements we just may break it very soon.
