Hi Bazza. I've been involved in medical sales for the last 15 years. You sell nothing without salespeople on the road. Even huge Pharma companies have large sales forces for well entrenched, market leading products close to their patent expiries. It all adds up. Ever wonder why Coca-cola keeps spending more on advertising every year? Surely after a century, you'd think we'd know what it is by now.
