Fair value? IMO, $0.88 at the lower end.
The close prior to Columboola JORC was $0.70 which carried an EV/t of $0.12 based on 923mt.
Now that they've boosted their resources to 1188mt...
EV = 1,188,000,000 * $0.12 = $142,560,000
Cap = $142,560,000 + $13,000,000 = $155,560,000
SP = $155,560,000 / 176,683,663 = $0.88
"at the lower end" because $0.12/t is ridiculously cheap.
